She was born in Schuyler, Nebraska on October 8, 1910 to William and Willamea (Busch) Schuldt. She grew up in Schuyler, and graduated from high school there. Then she attended and graduated from Midland College in Fremont. Ann taught school in Schuyler before her marriage.
Ann was married on June 6, 1936 to Henry Monnich. Her husband was a Lutheran minister and they served several churches before being called to a church in Sidney, Nebraska where they were for several years. They came back to this area after retirement to care for his sister and brother, and later moved into Fremont. Her husband died on March 1, 1998.
She is survived by her friends and caretakers, Cynthia and Terry Cottrell of Fremont.
There will be a private committal in St. Paul's Cemetery north of Hooper.
