Marcella B. Grover, age 91, of Fremont;
died Tuesday (June 11th) at Arbor Manor, Fremont.
Marcella was born Sept. 20, 1921 on the family farm near Hooper, Nebraska to James and Bertha (Smith) Rasmussen.
She was married on April 10, 1939 to Roy Grover in Blair, Nebraska and they lived in the Fremont area most of their married years. Marcella had worked as cook and waitress in several of the area restaurants.
The Grovers had been members of Bluffs Trinity Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roy on January 6, 2003, and by a son Terry Gene Grover.
She is survived by her son Dick LeRoy Grover and his wife Trudy of Sioux City, 4 grandchildren, several great and great, great grandchildren.
A memorial service will 2 PM today (Wednesday – June 12, 2013) at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel, Fremont. There is no public visitation.
