Linda was born on May 29, 1945 to Richard and Ruby 'Russell' Spencer in Cozad, NE. She grew up in Cozad, later moving to Fremont where she went to work for an egg company. Later, she worked for several area restaurants, including Eldon's Place. For many years, Linda was an Avon Lady, and at one time was the #1 salesperson in the state of Nebraska.

On March 7, 1965, Linda was married in Fremont to Terry Williams. They first lived in Fremont, then moved to rural Cedar Bluffs, where they farmed and raised livestock.

2 grandchildren - Jennifer and T.J.
brother - Frank and wife Nancy Spencer of Blair
3 sisters - Delores and husband Bill Livingston of Lexington
Judy and husband Bernard Case of Fowler, Colo.
Beulah and husband Karl Tiede of Overton
sister-in-law - Mary Spencer of Folsom, Calif.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Ruby Spencer, 2 brothers and a sister.

The funeral service will be 10:30 AM Tuesday (July 8th) in the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Tom Shaw officiating. The committal will follow in Memorial Cemetery. A memorial will be established in her memory. Visitation at the Ludvigsen Mortuary will be on Monday from 3 to 8 PM with the family receving friends from 6:30 to 8 PM.
