"Though I did not know Bart as well as most of the people on here, I remember sitting next to him in 9th Grade Study Hall in the Gerble Run and getting into trouble for talking all the time. Eventhough Bart and I were different in many ways, he a Rock N' Roller and me the Jock, we had many little things in common: We Rocked to Metallica, Hated Math and Spanish and couldn't wait for the bell to ring at 3:06. To the family and friends that knew Bart better then I did, I am sorry for your loss. Bart, rest in peace and keep rockin that Metallica T-Shirt."

"Bart, I am so sorry it had to come to this. I remember when we were kids and we were buds. I remember singing "Home Sweet Home" by Motley Crue(your fav. band at the time). I think we were on vacation in Chicago with my Dad and your Mom and that sticks out the most. We were actually before the time now and before Kareoke and recorded the song we like. Even then it was like $30, but then it seemed so priceless. I think my mom has the original copy and I have to get it. I had so much fun that vacation. We had a lot of good times Bart, I just wished we could've been closer when we got older, I miss having you as my friend. I lived there in Nebraska for a while and we knew a lot of the same people because you weren't afraid of introducing me to your friends. I wish we couldv'e carried out the same relationship when I moved back home. I love you!"
