Eileen was born February 22, 1930 on the family farm in Washington County, near Herman. Her parents were Henry and Ella 'Busch' Bohling. She had attended the rural Wolf School and Immanuel Lutheran School.
Eileen lived and worked with her brother Raymond on the farm near Hooper. Upon their retirement, they moved into Fremont about 12 years ago.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of rural Hooper where she had been active in many of the church's activities.
She is survived by her brother Raymond Bohling of Fremont.
The funeral service will be 10:30 AM Wednesday (March 18th) at Immanuel Lutheran Church of rural Hooper with the Rev. Rodney Meske officiating. The committal will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to her church and to the Lutheran Hour.
Visitation at the Ludvigsen Mortuary in Fremont will be on Tuesday (Mar. 17th) from 2 to 8 PM, with family receiving friends from 5 to 7 PM.
