Debbie was born November 17, 1957 in Maysville, Kentucky. She grew up in Ohio, and became a Fremont resident in September of 1995. Here, she was employed by the Kwik Shop and the Oak Tree Inn.
Among survivors is her daughter Melissa and husband Adam Haack of Fremont, and a grandson.
A memorial service will be 11 AM Tuesday (May 12th) in the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel, Fremont. There is no public visitation.
