"LuVerne was one of the most caring and thoughtful gentleman you will ever meet. I use the word gentleman because that is exactly what LuVerne displayed in his daily life. He always gave Jesus Christ the glory which in today's hustle and bustle of life reflects the humble character of this man. I will miss the caring nature and subtle strength of LuVerne but I do know that he is with his Heavenly Father and that is right where LuVerne will fit in like a "ole shoe." In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if LuVerne could give some of the Saints in Heaven a couple of good Missions to support. And if I know LuVerne, I bet the funds are on the way to help them right now."
