Mara Patterson, age 78, of Fremont
passed away on Oct, 27, 2025 surrounded by loved ones.
Mara was born in Boone, Iowa to Lee and Rose New. She is survived by her husband, Larry, of 51 years; three sisters, six children, 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
She was a talented creative who loved crafting, sewing and making things for family and friends. She was passionate about collecting beautiful things - antiques, dishware, stoneware, Kewpies, among other things. She was generous with her time and resources, making sure her family was supported and loved. She will be greatly missed.
