Chloy was born October 3, 1940 in Glidden, Iowa to Joseph and Ruth (Larkin) Harrison. She grew up in Glidden and in Newcastle, Wyoming before moving with her family to Omaha.
In Omaha, Chloy met Stanley H. Severin and they were married there on April 5, 1958. They moved to Mead in 1966, then later they lived east of Fremont and in July of 1988 they moved into Fremont. Chloy retired after working for 3-M in Valley for 20 years.
Chloy was preceded in death by her husband in April of 1989, and by 2 brothers.
Survivors: daughter - Julie Severin of Fremont
2 sons - Philip Severin of West Virginia

A graveside service will be 2 PM Tuesday (March 15th) in Ridge Cemetery. There is no visitation. Ludvigsen Mortuary, Fremont, is handling the arrangements.
