Cynthia Leona Neave, age 68, of Omaha, formerly of Fremont
Died Sunday December 22, 2024 at home.
Cynthia was born December 7, 1956 in Fremont to John and Leona 'Grotelueschen' Jones. She was raised in Fremont, attended Trinity Lutheran School and graduated from Fremont High in 1975. After graduation she worked for Campbell Soup for 4 years. She also worked at Trinity Daycare with the babies for a short period. In 1981 Cynthia married Joe Neave and together they had four daughters, Angelica, Heather, Andrea and Alicia.
For over 20 years Cynthia travelled over the country with her family due to her husband's job with Younglove Construction. She was blessed to be a stay at home mom for her four daughters. Later in life, she was able to be a stay at home grandma for her grandsons.
Cynthia enjoyed going for car rides around the lakes and the town. She loved spending time reminiscing about past events with friends and family and she enjoyed being in nature and witness a beautiful sunrise or sunset.
Cynthia is survived by her daughters Angelica, Heather, Andrea and Alicia. Grandsons Xavier, Julian and Isaac and a brother Greg. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and sister.
Visitation at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel will be Thursday, December 26, 2024 with the family present from 4-7pm. The funeral will be 1pm Friday at the chapel with burial to follow in Ridge Cemetery. Memorials maybe directed to the family.
