"I grew up in Scribner, moved away but always tried to stay in touch with classmates and friends. John [a good friend and classmate] and Connie would bring me up to date with the happenings in Scribner and with news about old friends, etc. Connie was beloved by her family and was a true gift to John through the years of love. Connie will be remembered by all. John , be thankful you and Connie had many years of joy! Stay strong. Ken Maas"
