Carolyn was born March 5, 1931 in Wisner, Nebraska to Leonard and Imogene 'Blair' Carper. She graduated from Scribner High School in 1949. Carolyn married Donald Moseman on August 6, 1949 in Scribner. Carolyn was a housewife and helped her husband Donald with farming.
