Garry D. Tucker age 68, of Fremont, formerly of Nickerson
Died Monday, September 11, 2023 at his home.
Garry was born November 23, 1954 in Fremont to Robert and Frances 'Grogan' Tucker. He was raised in Nickerson and graduated from Logan View High School. After high school Garry served in the United States Air Force as a law enforcement specialist, serving from 1973 until 1977 and attaining the rank of SGT. He returned to Nickerson and worked for Fontanelle Hybrid, Lazy R feeds and finally Hormel foods in Fremont before retiring.
Garry loved to race. He owned a car and drove mostly at Scribner Raceway. He also served for many years on the Nickerson Volunteer Fire Department.

Judy (Leonard) Brewer of Lincoln
Brother – Rick (Jane) Tucker of Nickerson
Sister-in-law – Sandy Tucker of Nickerson
Garry was preceded in death by his parents and brother Danny.
The Family will receive friends at the Nickerson Fire Hall, from 1pm to 4pm, Sunday, September 17, 2023.
