Janelle Sue 'Smeal' Robart, age 61, was born April 26, 1960 in West Point to William and Loretta 'Rall' Smeal. She was called home on August 14, 2021 at Memorial Hermann of the Woodlands hospital in Houston, Texas after suffering a stroke. As an organ donor, Janelle continues to care for others with her gift of life.

She graduated from Snyder High School in 1979, married David Anderson in 1979 and they later divorced. She married Kevin Robart on June 7, 1996.

Janelle served others as a CNA/CMA at the Scribner Good Samaritan Society for 25 years. She loved the outdoors. She loved fishing, riding horses which she developed as a young girl, and the beauty of God's Green earth. She was an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous and was proud of her 40 years or sobriety.

Simon Gonzales; Atticus, Asher, Aidynn and Michael Robart; Kayden and Jagger Batia
Great grandson - Hayden Batia
Brothers - Mike (Gaye) Smeal, John (Peg) Smeal, Tom (Sally) Smeal, Pat (Monica) Smeal, James Smeal
and Joe Smeal

Janelle was preceded in death by her father William Smeal, father-in-law Eugene 'Boge' Robart
and grandson Gunner Batia.

The family will receive friends Thursday, August 19, 2021 at St. Leo's Catholic Church in Snyder from 5pm to 7pm with a wake service beginning at 7pm. Memorial Mass will be 10:30am, Friday, August 20, 2021 at St. Leo's Catholic Church in Snyder with Rev. Keith Rezac. A memorial fund will be determined at a later date.

Ludvigsen's Scribner Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
