"I'm so sorry to hear of Rollie's passing and to have missed his memorial. I have been away and just heard about this. Rollie was IE Mgr. when I started with Hormel in 1971 and I had the pleasure to work for him for 6 mos. prior to his retirement. Rollie was a gentle man and a considerate boss. I was always glad to see him walking around town and knowing that he was enjoying a long retirement. He outlived many of the younger engineers who worked for him. I will always remember Rollie with good memories. Terry Chall"
