Alice Evelyn Olson, age 105 of Arlington, Texas
Died July 24, 2018 in Texas
Alice was born June 5, 1913 in Scribner, Nebraska. She graduated from Scribner High School then worked as a transformer winder for GeoSpace Industrial Products in Houston, Texas for 38 years. Alice was preceded in death by her husband Ernie Walter Olson; parents Joseph Stibor and Sarah Ella (Rich) Stibor and five siblings.
Alice was faced with great obstacles in life and met each one with courage and perseverance. Alice was a gentle soul, she was a loving and patient person. She was a great storyteller who loved her family and will be greatly missed. She passed peacefully and with great dignity.

Daughter – Jodie Jean Olson of Corsicana, TX.
Grandchildren – Philip Linkous of Houston, TX.
Diane Hildreth of North Richland Hills, TX.
Cheryl Heilman of Saginaw, TX.

Beloved friends – Dorothy Burks, Vie Barnett, Penny Lichtenstein and Jerome Barnett.
Graveside services will be held at 1pm on Friday at the Scribner Cemetery.
