Donna S. Gass, 62, of Fremont;
died Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016 in Methodist Hospital in Omaha.
Donna was born September 19, 1954 in Shenandoah, Iowa to Donald and Roberta (Allumbaugh) Green. She grew up in Wahoo where she received her education. While in Wahoo, she worked for former Fairview Café.
On January 2, 2001, Donna was married to Gary Gass. They lived in Wahoo until moving to Fremont in 2006.
Donna was employed by Valmont Industries until her health began to fail. She was a member of AARP.
Survivors: husband – Gary
son – Jarrad and wife Erica Green, of Fremont, and their daughter Hannah
daughter – Robin Green, of Fremont, and her children, Jaden Sue, Nathanuel, and Zoey Rae
3 sisters – Sharon and husband Norman Ypper of Hooper
Carolyn Eastwood of Omaha
Sandy and husband Don Pishna of Eagle
mother-in-law – LaVonne Gass of Hartington
Donna was preceded by her parents Donald and Roberta, and nephew Calvin Pishna.
The memorial service will be Saturday December 10, at 12noon in the Salvation Army Chapel (707 North I Street) with a potluck lunch to follow. Ludvigsen Mortuary is assisting the family
