Carol and Linda would come back from their weekend adventures (usually seeing Carol's children/grandchildren) and Carol would just glow as she told stories from her time spent with each of you. Her smile, laugh, wisdom and that grin with a wink .... will be missed dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this very sad time."

"I had the pleasure of working with Carol for many years at Convergys. I think Ed said it best when he described her as "gentle wisdom"! She was sharp as a tack when it came to work, and was always thinking of ways to make things better. Although I never met Carol in person, I felt like she was a life long friend. She was full of kindness and laughter, which was infectious. I loved to hear her talk about her children and grandchildren. Please know that you all were her greatest Joy!! My prayers are with you."
