"I lived across the street from Ruth. The morning after I had moved in, she came across the street and introduced herself...also stating that her husband had passed the night before. I felt so sad for her. My son, Kirk and I became fast friends with her. He enjoyed helping her with her garden and lawn, and just visiting with her. We moved to Sioux City in late May of 2013, and have missed her dearly. My thoughts and prayers to her entire family and all of her friends. She was a wonderful friend, and neighbor!"
